- Coordination: When you take in a new case/claim. You coordinate and schedule access for our field technicians/investigators to have permission and access to inspect/image the damage (crush) and EDR data from every vehicle involved in that particular case, ideally. We prefer the ignition key/key fob is available as it streamlines the inspection and imaging of the data.
- Deployment: Once we our field technician/investigator is granted access to the vehicle, we dispatch our field technicians/investigators to the vehicles location for a detailed inspection, documenting crush damage and imaging EDR Data.
- Reporting: We provide you with the full EDR file in all formats. We provide to you all photographs, 3D scan images, 3D scan image files and/or videos to be retained with your client’s/insureds file. We will provide a brief analysis of the data to help articulate the data collected.
- Expert Interpretation/Analysis: If the case/claim is not resolved and advances into litigation, you can simply provide our reports and raw data files to the Accident Reconstruction/Engineering Expert of your choice for analysis.
